At St Mary's we are striving to become a dementia friendly parish.   We hold Exercise classes that are suited to both those with dementia and the elderly,  and a monthly afternoon tea and singalong

LOVE TO MOVE

Owing to the success of the Love to Move activity programme at St Mary’s Parish Hall, the British Gymnastic Foundation film crew recorded a special session for their Education and Training website.

The sessions are age and dementia friendly and take place every other Tuesday. Next session 30th August.
