WOOLTON PICTURE HOUSE:

As you may be aware, the fundraising campaign exceeded its target but a mystery backer purchased the building and has agreed a 101-year lease at a peppercorn rent. All of the money raised so far can now go into the refurbishment of the building and a second phase of fundraising for these ambitious plans will begin in the autumn, along with community consultations.
