NEARLY NEW FASHION SHOW – 12TH NOVEMBER 2022
The show was a huge success, raising over £1000 and still counting for CAFOD and everyone had a Fab – U – lous time!
We had a wonderful response to our request for donations, with a whole range of outfits including, First Communion dresses, ball gowns, wedding outfits, dinner suits and everything in between.
Our volunteers did a great job in the kitchen and hall, looking after everyone and serving cream teas and fizz.
The stars of the show were our ‘volunteer’ models – ok there might have been a bit of persuasion! Encouraged by our guests, they modelled outfits for the auction, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

We didn’t know whether it would work but we were willing to give it a try so

- Did we Live in solidarity by raising funds for CAFOD? YES
- Will we do it again? YES – hopefully April/May 23
