Santa Dash

Dash around Liverpool and raise money for Charity - 9.30am start at the Liver Buildings. Click here for full details.    The Santa Dash is a 5K Fun run and the suggested minimum age is 15. There is a 1KM Mini Dash for children 12 and under that starts at Castle Street at 11.am

RYM Christmas Mission

Homeless mission – not to be missed. Join dozens of other young adults as we bring toiletries, clothes and conversation to our homeless brothers and sisters in the city. Meet at the bottom of the Cathedral steps at 7:30pm. Bring any items you’d like to donate (don’t worry if you can’t, we have plenty) and a bag for life. Wear sensible clothing and shoes! Afterwards, we can go for a drink in town. All are welcome to help us irrespective of age. To learn more contact Natasha and Anita on

All are welcome to come to Evening Prayer to help us as a Pastoral Area to make our hearts ready in Advent for the God who reveals himself to us. This is part of our monthly coming together as priests and people from the parishes in the Pastoral Area as we look at how best to work more collaboratively together.

THE AFRICAN CHILDREN’S CHOIR IS COMING TO LIVERPOOL!

They will be live in concert at St Peter’s Church, Woolton on Thursday 6th December at 7.00 pm.

Come and join the African Children’s Choir as they perform in our community during their UK tour! They will be live at St Peter’s Church on Thursday 6th December at 7 pm. Experience a performance that shows the beauty, dignity and unlimited potential of each African child! A free-will offering will follow the Choir’s concert.

The African Children’s Choir melts the hearts of audiences with their charming smiles, beautiful voices and lively African songs and dances. The “Just As I Am” tour combines traditional hymns with African cultural sounds and a stunning visual story of God’s faithfulness. In spite of the tragedy that has marred their young lives, the children are radiant with hope, musically gifted and always wonderfully entertaining.

Cost - coach only £15.00 Please pay by Friday 30 November 2018. Payment by CASH in an envelope, handed into the Monastery at Bishop Eton or St Mary’s presbytery, with your name and the event written on it. 

Very polite request - we do not have a bank account so cheques are almost impossible to deal with. So no cheques please
